Claudia Fury-Aguirre

Manager of Policy & Outreach - Kansas

Claudia is the Manager of Policy & Outreach for our Kansas team and brings a strong background in legislative affairs, grassroots advocacy, and campaign management to her role at Aligned. She served as a legislative staffer for the Kansas House Majority Leader, where she managed caucus and committee meetings, conducted legislative research, and provided regular updates to House members.

Previously, Claudia served as Regional Director for the Republican House Campaign Committee, where she organized fundraisers, mobilized volunteers, and supported campaigns for Kansas House candidates. She also led community outreach and volunteer coordination for the Value Them Both Constitutional Amendment campaign, overseeing canvassing, phone banking, and public engagement efforts.

Claudia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a 4.0 GPA from Washburn University and is pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Finance at Wichita State University. She has also completed leadership training through the Eisenhower Leadership Series and the Leadership Institute’s Campaign Leadership College.
